Career Opportunities in MALHOTRA RUBBERS :
1. G.M. Engineering:
Qualification - Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Min. 8 to 10 years experience in a process industry.
Experience in tyre industry will be preferred. The incumbent should have the
ability to lead a team of Engineers.
Responsibilities: He will be fully responsible for all maintenance
jobs (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Utilities including Boiler
House) & project work, which may entail vigorous involvement in
installation, shifting of machineries & civil construction.
Salary: Negotiable
2. Electrical Engineer
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Degree
holder will be preferred & should have minimum experience of 5 years in
a reputed industry. He will have the responsibility of Electrical,
Instrumentation, Boilers & D.G. Sets.
Salary: Negotiable
3. Asst. Manager Account:-
Minimum Qualification: Should have minimum experience of 5 years in
a reputed industry & degree in commerce.
Salary: Negotiable
4. Manager Production: -
Minimum Qualification: - Graduation in any discipline
Experience: Experience of 7 to 8 years in a reputed tyre industry -
preferably in a tyre manufacturing plant.
Salary - Negotiable
5. Project Manager -
Minimum Qualification - Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience - Minimum 7 years in a reputed tyre manufacturing plant &
should be well conversant in plant machine installation & smooth
running.
Salary - Negotiable.
6. Supervisor Civil -
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in mechanical Engineering.
Experience: - Should have minimum 3 years in project work for a
reputed industry.
Salary - Negotiable.
7. Tyre Engineer -
Basic Qualification/ Experiance- Minimum diploma in mech Engg.
Degree will be preferred having min of 5 yrs experiance in product
development, Tyre construction, Mould designing etc in a reputed tyre
industry.
Salary - Negotiable.
8. Basic Qualification/ Experiance -
Minimum Qualification - Minimum degree in science having knowledge
of tyre manufacturing process and worked in technical deptt and have
thorough knowledge of tyre defects related to manufacturing etc.Should have
good communication skills to deal with the customers and dealer network
should be able to travel a lot
